Street Institute, and the former Principal Deputy Director of the U.S. Department of Treasury's Office of Financial Research. He is also the former President and CEO of the Federal Home Loan Bank of Chicago. Holding advanced degrees from the University of Chicago, and Princeton University, he is the author of the legendary book, Finance and Philosophy: Why We’re Always Surprised.
